Jennifer attended the Academy of Natural Therapy where she completed over 1000 hours of classroom and hands-on experience, graduating Summa Cum Laude as a member of the National Technical Honor Society. She is trained in various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, trigger point, and lymphatic massage with further certification in chair massage, prenatal massage, and reflexology. With the knowledge and skills acquired, Jennifer is a licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Colorado surpassing the state minimum of 500 hours of schooling.
During her time at the Academy of Natural Therapy, Jennifer took many opportunities to grow as a massage therapist and future colleague. She has over 160 hours of work study through the Academy. Jennifer’s passion to lead took her back into the classroom where she was a teacher’s assistant for 60 more hours of Swedish Massage, and 32 additional hours of Prenatal Massage.
Jennifer enjoys all forms of massage therapy, however, her passion for women’s health and well-being is top priority. To continue to educate herself on women’s health, she has chosen to further her credentials and become a Childbirth Educator, offering women a holistic and natural choice for childbirth education while furthering the philosophy to trust and guide women to whole body well-being.
In her free time, Jennifer has taken a certification course to use the doTERRA AromaTouch Technique. This is quickly becoming one of her favorite modalities. She plans on taking steps to further her aromatherapy understanding through certification in the future.
